Route: | 14K "point to point" Run starts at Kitsilano Beach and ends in Ableside Beach Park, West Vancouver |
Course: | The 2006 Coho Run follows a scenic route around English Bay, over the Burrard Street and Lions Gate Bridges. The course tracks a meandering course through old Salmon Habitats in Stanley Park and finishes at Ambleside Park where the major Salmon Festivities take place. |
Transportation: | Free shuttle service will be available from Ambleside Beach Park to the start at Kits Beach) at 7:45 a.m. sharp on Run Day. Buses start from 13th. Street gravel parking lot behind the tennis courts and across from the West Vancouver Police Station. Free shuttle service will also be available back after the run beginning at 11:30 a.m.. |
| Gear Transfer: | Courtesy transfer of personal items will be available. Gear can be dropped off at the starting point and picked up at Ambleside after the race. Please note, however, that the Coho Festival Society is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. |
| Parking: | Free parking will be available at Ambleside Beach Park behind the tennis courts in the gravel parking lot across from the West Vancouver Police Station. Plenty of pay parking will be available at the starting point. |

| Prizes: | Great draw prizes- names of the winners will be posted at the finish line. |
| Awards: | Awards will be presented 15 minutes after the last finisher crosses the line at approximately 11:00 a.m. They will be presented to the 1st place finisher in each age category. Age categories span 5 years. e.g. 20-24, etc.. |
