I think that the 100th year is a wonderful time to make change….I am British/Canadian and American….I now live between Oregon and Vancouver….my family first settled in West Van when houses were first built and still have a home on Mather’s Avenue….having travelled quite a bit of the world, West Vancouver has done an amazing job of keeping a village flair to such an affluent community, but IT IS time for change….some of the business’s in Dundarave could use a wee overhaul too, but I am sure, in time….(And less revenue/housing/space opportunity there)

CHANGE will be tough for some, my relatives included, but times are changing….look at how much our cell phones have changed, EVEN in the past decade?!

I look forward to the change!

my favourite memory of the olympics was walking on granville street, singing O Canada and high-fiving fellow canadians…i never felt so patriotic in my life!

I know it’s going to be a popular one but I’m going to have to go with Canada winning Men’s Hockey Gold. The best part was, my Scottish fiance was watching simultaneously online in the UK (he’s trying very hard to be Canadian as we’re getting married soon). It was great to prove to him that YES, Hockey is the best sport ever!!!
