West Vancouver Credit Card Policy

Paying for services and/or products with your Visa or MasterCard is accepted by westvancouver.com and northvancouver.com

We ask the following guidelines be adhered to:

  • Credit Card information kept on file is accurate, including expiry dates. Overdue credit card payments may be subject to a 5% late charge. Pre-payment is required for all Enhanced Listings. There are no refunds on six month packages.
  • Any and all payments may be debited or credited at our agreed upon timelines with our Clients. While every attempt for accurate billing times shall be maintained, exceptions to this policy shall be at the sole discretion of westvancouver.com and northvancouver.com
  • Clients are asked to adhere to this policy and provide westvancouver.com and northvancouver.com with written 30 days notice of cancellation, unless otherwise stated in specific contracts for Premium advertising or special projects.

    Please keep in mind that all credit information is kept confidential by our Company.
