The PARC Retirement Living Garden Concerts are free outdoor concerts featuring some of the most talented musicians from all over the Lower Mainland. The early evening dinner concerts take place at 5:45 p.m. on the PARC Retirement Living Garden Stage.
The stage is located in Millennium Park, which provides an unparalleled waterfront experiences for the entire 10-day Harmony Arts Festival! This is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food, drinks, amazing music and breathtaking views.
